Our SIPs building system is an advanced form of timber-frame construction which is manufactured off-site.
All our panels, kit homes, extensions, and garden rooms are prefabricated and pre-insulated under strict ISO9001 factory quality controls to exacting standards.

All our house kits and two-storey extensions are supplied with engineered metal web joists (Eco Joists) for intermediate floors. The open webs make it easier and faster for follow-on trades like electricians and plumbers to run services through the floor zone saving on the overall build cost.
