Does your Eco SIPs building system have third party approvals?

Our Eco SIPs Homes building system has C.A.T.G SIP Mark certification. This is like a BBA certificate or BM Trada Q Mark certificate.

They are all issued based on the same principles. The factory processes and procedures, and on-site frame erectors are audited annually. The audits are carried out by a UKAS accredited third party auditor to ensure the high standards required to become certified are maintained.

The SIP Mark scheme membership is for the design, manufacture, distribution and erection of a SIP building system.

The factory has ISO9001 certification for its Quality Management and ISO14001 certification for its Environmental Management.

All our engineered wood products have PEFC chain of custody certification for sustainable wood sourcing.

Are independent warranties available for Eco SIPs Homes Structural Insulated Panel buildings?

Warranties for buildings constructed from Eco SIPS Structural Insulated Panels are available from the leading companies that offer structural defect warranties.

Because the Eco SIPs Homes, SIPs building system has third party certification it is approved by LABC, Premier, NHBC and other structural defect warranty providers.

All the major banks and lenders can offer mortgages on SIPS buildings. We can offer further advice on this if required and put you in contact with self-build mortgage advisers.
