We supply everything that’s required to build the superstructure, our kits include DPC, Soleplates, all external SIP wall panels, internal partitions, load bearing and non-load bearing walls, metal web floor joists and 22mm flooring, engineer specified structural steel or timber beams and SIP roof panels. We supply our approved teams of installers all sundry items required to build the kits, i.e. nails, screws, holding down ties, breathable membranes for the walls and roof, staples and more.

Zero Waste Policy and IS014001 Environmental Management:
Our Graphite EPS insulation is 100% recyclable, it contains a bromide free fire retardant complying with EU REACH legislation, it is not thermally degradable, so the same thermal performance is achieved throughout the lifetime of the building. EPS is CFC and HCFC free, has an (ODP) Ozone Depletion Potential rating of zero, a (GWP) Global Warming Potential rating of zero and a BRE Green guide rating of A+ making polystyrene the number one choice for insulation in the UK construction industry. All waste EPS generated from the production of our SIP buildings is recycled, timber waste is fed into our biomass boiler to heat our production plant which has ISO14001 certification for Environmental Management.

Our building system approval is provided by C.A.T.G - Certification and Timber Grading. To achieve ISO9001:2008 certification and SIP Mark Scheme membership, which is like a BBA or Trada Q-Mark certificate, our panels have undergone rigorous testing and our factory processes and procedures are audited annually to ensure our high standards are maintained.
