SIPs Passive House Design
We are delighted to share this concept Passive House design sent to us by Delleur Architects who we have been working with.
The house has been designed to be built to Passive House Standard, utilising the Eco SIPs Homes, Structural insulated Panel building system for the fabric of the building.
The image shows use of lightweight, durable and sustainable timber cladding on the walls and roof, however the house could be clad in a mixture of timber cladding and smooth render, or metal cladding or natural stone. The roof could be natural slate or metal standing seam. The design can be easily adapted to suit your preferences.
The house is 2.5 storey with large open plan ground floor, living, dining, kitchen with 4 bedrooms to the first floor, the roof space has been utlised to make space for a home office/study.
